These gummies are great. Serving size is two max but they put me to sleep every time. I have nightly insomnia. It is genetic and runs in the family, so I have to take a skeleton supplement containing melatonin. I've tried many different ones, but I think this one so far is my favorite. I will definitely purchase more when this one is used up.

Honestly, all I can say is, be ready to sleep when you take these. The flavor is delicious, and within 20 minutes after taking these, I slept for a good 10 hours.
